De acuerdo a reunión del Concejo de Desarrollo Territorial Sietelagos Emprende realizada el día 11 de diciembre de 2006, una vez expuesta la estrategia de infraestructura vial para la competitividad se acordó priorizar los siguientes proyectos camineros para el territorio:
1.Proyecto Mej. Ruta 203-CH sector Rucatrehua-Choshuenco (Incl. acceso Choshuenco) y Mejoramiento Ruta 203-CH sector Choshuenco - Puerto Fuy.
2.Reposición de ripio Rutas 201-CH sector Coñaripe – Liquiñe- Carirriñe.
3.Proyecto Mejoramiento básico camino Lago Neltume- Liquiñe.
4.Proyecto Mejoramiento Básico Camino los Cajones
Entre los principales productos turísticos a posicionar en el mercado están la Vuelta al Lago Llanquihue, los circuitos de naturaleza (Ruta de los Césares) y los circuitos patrimoniales del Lago Llanquihue (Ruta de la Colonización). En consecuencia, creemos que el mejoramiento de la red vial de circunvalación al Lago Llanquihue, la implementación de ciclovías y de conectividad lacustre habilitando el paso fronterizo por el Lago Todos los Santos, constituyen inversiones fundamentales para el acondicionamiento del territorio en el marco de este Plan Estratégico de Desarrollo Económico Territorial.

El Destino Cuenca del Lago Ranco, es comprendido por 5 comunas de la Provincia de Valdivia, (La Unión, Paillaco, Rio Bueno, Futrono y Lago Ranco), este es un destino emergente, que posee caractrísticas de rustisidad, naturaleza y cultura bien definidas, que hoy se encuentran trabajando para transformarse de una promesa a una realidad, es por tal razón que la temática de Infraestructura se vuelve fundamental.
Existen algunos proyectos que consideramos fundamentales para el desencadenamiento productivo tanto en el área turístico y emprendimientos asociados a este. Pequeña agricultura pr ejemplo.

Término de la circunvalación de La cuenca del Lago Ranco, a través de la Ruta Interlagos, contemplando unir los sectores de Puerto Lapi con Lago Ranco.
Camino Corral - La Unión: este permitiría beneficios no sólo a nuestras comunas sino que las comunas de Valdivia y corral, y por supuesto a nuestras comunas, que generaríamos una conexión entre estas comunas y el paso internacional de puyehue. generando un aumento de los flujos por la ruta interlagos uniendo los tres destinos provinciales. lo que generaría un mayor aprovechamiento de los flujos. Entre otras cosas.
Mejoramiento de las condiciones de navegabilidad del Lago Ranco, posee condiciones naturales para la navegabilidad demostradas con la historia y su potencial turístico y necesario para la comunicación entre los sectores rurales.
Todo lo anterior se justifica a traves de las siguientes razones:
· Alta calidad en recursos naturales, los cuales pueden transformarce en atractivos de gran jerarquía, potenciando las comunas, la provincia y región.
· Gran cantidad de personas y organizaciones vinculas a esta actividad, las cuales tienen un componente cultural importante que potencia y agrega valor al producto turístico de la comuna, y que en este momento por falta de accesibilidad no estan generando un negosio competitivo.
· Oportunidad de acceder a mercados no cubiertos por ninguna competencia, es el caso del velerismo en lago y deportes acuáticos, que encontrarían acá un destino de gran calidad, y con esto pasaríamos a contar con un mercado altamente fidelizado.
· La implementación de infraetructura, por otro lado, en temas tangibles y de conectividad, mejoraría la oferta turística del Destino Cuenca del lago Ranco, complementando la que ya existe en comunas como Futrono, Rio Bueno, la Union, y Paillaco, generando así un producto mas atractivo y con mas alternativas.

es importante porque como esta a la altura de Paillaco y ademas con esto, el acceso Sur a Valdivia . Es interesante puesto que puede hacer que la gente que visita Valdivia considere visitar el Lago Ranco , ya que el acceso quedaria mas cernano y Pavimentado y no se diostancia tanto como el acceso que tiene actualmente mas al norte que es solo para gente que viaja desde el norte directamente al lago. de estar pavimentado este camino ganaria la misma importancia que el de Río Bueno a Ranco.
